General Policies

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service. We accept payments via Square and PayPal.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the duration to accommodate other clients.
